  • Provide full administrative support to the Acting Joint Faculty Deans in the first instance, other members of the senior team as required.
  • Acting as the first point of contact for the Acting Joint Faculty Deans: dealing with corrrespondence and phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Managing their diaries and organising meetings and appointments
  • Booking and arranging travel, transport and accomodation where required.
  • Conducting research on behalf of the senior team.
  • Process expense claims, credit card statements, purchase orders and payments in accordance with the University’s financial regulations for the senior team.
  • Support with the servicing on University groups and committees as and when requried.
  • Lead and assist with the arrangements for committees and meetings
  • To support with the preparation of reports and presentations as required.
  • To assist with record keeping and reconciliation.

Undertake any additional duties required commensurate with the scope and purpose of the role.
