- Provide full administrative support to the Acting Joint Faculty Deans in the first instance, other members of the senior team as required.
- Acting as the first point of contact for the Acting Joint Faculty Deans: dealing with corrrespondence and phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Managing their diaries and organising meetings and appointments
- Booking and arranging travel, transport and accomodation where required.
- Conducting research on behalf of the senior team.
- Process expense claims, credit card statements, purchase orders and payments in accordance with the University’s financial regulations for the senior team.
- Support with the servicing on University groups and committees as and when requried.
- Lead and assist with the arrangements for committees and meetings
- To support with the preparation of reports and presentations as required.
- To assist with record keeping and reconciliation.
Undertake any additional duties required commensurate with the scope and purpose of the role.
